I bought a new package, how can I create my site?
If you haven't started the wizard after your transaction approval with the "I want to create my site right now" link you can start the wizard with the "Activate" link under Control Panel>My Orders page
I want to edit my site, how can I reach admin pages?
All new created sites will require an admin login to be deployed. If you have deployed some or all of your pages, site admins can login to their site with the domain name link under Control Panel>Web Site Management page
Do you have multi language support
Yes, you can create your site in different languages. Your dashboard will be either in English or in Turkish<
Do you have free trial option?
Yes, you have a 30 days free trial option. You will have full access to the package in the trial version. After 30 days, you will have the chance to save your work with a paid package.
Can I use 3rd party services in your packages?
You can host your domain and email services out of our package. In our shared packages you cannot use other services. Please consider dedicated packages for custom solutions.
What is the minimum contract period?
You can order hosted sharepoint packages for 1 month. You will have discounts with annual contracts. Web Site packages are for 1 year.
What are my payment options?
Visa and Mastercards are accepted for intenational customers.
What is your return policy?
You can cancel your service within 7 days with no further explanation. If you have registered a domain name within your package, your payment will be returned to by subtracting the amount paid for the domain registration fee. ( $15 for .com/net)
Can I pay to your bank account?
Yes, you have the option to pay to our bank account. Our bank account info is displayed in the payment options of the wizard.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Our PayPal gateway integration will be completed soon. You will have this option afterwards
Do you have discounts and campaigns?
We have different discount options for annual contracts and campaigns for free setup, free domain name registration. Please follow our pages regularly.
What is a promotion code?
If you have a valid promotion code, you will have discount on the packages
How can I get a promotion code?
Resellers have certaion discount and have the promotion code management abilities. You may ask to be a reseller or follow our campaings
I don't have an email address. How I can register?
Your email address is mandatory for us to get in contact with you to send your site credentials. Please provide an email address you regulary check.
What is Invoice details?
If your paying for a company please provide your company invoice details. If you are not paying for a company, then your invoice details will may be your personal address details.
Why are you asking these information?
You will need a user name and a password to access member's area to edit your site. Also our support department will be in contact with the information you provide on these pages.
May I change my profile information?
Most of it. We ask you to keep your personal information updates always so as to help us serve you better However, your primary email address is unique for our system and you will not have the chance to change it.You may enter and alternative email addres
What is password weakness?
Your password must be at least 6 chars long and must contain at least 1 letter and number. To enter a more complex password is important for your security.
Can I change the template, then I selected the site?
After you create your site template, you can not change.
I purchased it when the domain name is registered?
Where you purchased the domain name is registered in 2-48 hours.
What are these sectors for?
We demostrate the homepage screens with industry related images to show how it is possible to create a differentiation. Beware that, the images are demostration only and you need to upload your own images if you order a website package
My sector is not listed here? What should I do?
Sectors are for demostration only. You can pick any of them to view the templates options and choose your own template to re-build.
Can I change the template anytime?
You cannot change the masterpage of the template you choose in the setup wizard. However, you have great flexibility to create different layouts using the masterpage of your template.
I picked a template. Can I change the webparts on the homepage?
Yes, after you start editting your website, you have the option to add/remove webparts in any page. We advice you to keep especially the homepage as it is designed so as to loose from the look and feel.
What is language option?
You may choose to create your site in different languages that we support. You may also want to use multilingual support. Multilingual support may be available for selected packages
Can I see a sample site created with the template I am interested?
Yes, you can click the icon on the left corner of the templates to go to the sample site created with that template
Can I use my own template?
No, you need to choose a template from our gallery. However, you can make lots of changes on these templates and create a very unique website for yourself.
Do you have customization services on the templates?
Yes, we have banner, logo, css and HTML offers for any template you choose. Please get in contact with our sales team for more information.
When will my domain name be registered?
If you pay with your credit card, your domain name is registered instantly. If you choose to pay to the bank account, your domain name is registered after the sales team approves your payment.
When can I publish my website with the domain name I just registered?
Domain names that we register directly points our servers. However, depending on the corresponding Internet Service Providers infrastructure, you or your visitors may access the new domain name in 48 hours.
Can I use my registered domain name?
Yes. You can use your pre-registered domain name. You need to select "I want to use my domain name" tab in the wizard
I don't want to change my domain name hoster. Can I use your web site services?
Yes, you need to change the A record from your domain hoster company to use our web hosting infrastructure.
Do I have to pay also for domain registration?
No, we register .com, .net, .org, .biz domain names free for 1 year. We do not transfer registered domains and we do not register other TDLs.
